Default Transmission problem or something else?

Hi, I hope someone can help me.
I am the owner of 2005 Dodge Ram 1500, 5.7 Hemi Quad cab, 4x4, automatic transmission (238,000km).
Problem is.....I can not go faster than 80 km/h.
When the speedometer's arrow reaches 80km/h, the single jerk is followed.
Transmission works fine between 0 to 79 km/h on cold and hot engine and fluid is in correct level - last flush was 28,000km ago (fluid does not stinks of burning and have nice red color) - no strange noises.
Does anyone know what is wrong with my transmission?
Maybe is not transmission, maybe bad sensor or shift solenoid or something else?
Thank you for any help and suggestions.
