My truck stopped running driving down the highway and would not turn over? Couldn’t hear anything? but the stereo still worked. and the hazards worked, fuses looked ok. The red lightning bolt came on the diablo tuner code reader option came up error? Any suggestions?

No I haven’t changed it but I have got it started I took the fuse box off and hooked it back up looked for broke wires put it back on found fuse #31 red blown it turned over for ten mins then quit fuse was blown again changed it it turned over for s second or two then quit and the fuse again was blown
