Keeping Foglights on with High Beams....

Keeping Foglights on with High Beams....
OK....I finally got around to installing the jumper between the 2 relays (as Blackacid instructed to do in this post: https://dodgeforum.com/m_197878/tm.htm).
However, that keeps the fogs on whenever the light switch is turned on (parking lamps, low beams, or high beams...any of the 3). I tried locating a headlight relay, but can't seem to find one. Is there one?
I pulled out the parking lamp relay (bottom right corner of the relay box, as you're looking at it from the front) while the headlights were on. That one doesn't control the headlights at all....just the parking lamps.
If there is a headlight relay, then I figured there has to be a pin on it that controls the high beams. I was going to move the jumper from the parking relay (as in Blackacid's post), over to the high beam pin.
Anybody have any clue?

I would not try tapping into any factory relays. Quite a bit of the circuitry runs through the computer bus, and you can really screw things up.
