I came across this recently. I got an error but still got the confirmation stuff showing that I entered.

I got word from KRC that they are working on the frontpage error. However, the page is allowing registrations. The confirmation email is being sent out manually and they have gotten over 300 registrations. So you can register and just disregard the frontpage error.
