If its just somewhat warm on drivers side but cooler as you get to passenger side then I would try flushing the heater core first. If it was working fine and then suddenly stopped then I would suspect blend door failure.

Sounds like you may have a problem with one of the blend door actuators.

I did the heater core flush and it did nothing. I’m guessing the blend doors are broke in the middle so only
one side operates because when I adjust the team, I can see the aviator moving.
