Default Engine temp running hot

07 1500 4x4 4.7 flex with 190000 miles.
so my issue is that as long as I'm driving 50 to 60 my temp is normal. If I sit still for a few it starts to slowly climb. Changed water pump a few years ago. Checked fan clutch and it tested fine. Need help please

It could be a clogged radiator (known problems on the 4.7s) or your thermostat is stics open
