Default Evaporative Emission System Leak

Hello all,

This is my first post. My vehicle is a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L 2wd. It has just over 143k miles on it. When I got it about a year ago, it had the check engine light on. I took the car to O'reillys and had the code read and it was only pulling P0456- Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (very small leak). I reset the code and the light stayed off for a while, but came back on. I never checked it again since I knew what it was and wasn't too worried about it (I know, I know- probably should have looked into it when I bought it).

Fast forward a year, I just received my Autel ML619 code reader from Amazon. I read my codes, and there are 4 active:
P0442- Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (Small leak)
P0455- Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (Large leak)
P0456- Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (Very small leak)
P0440- Evaporative Emission System

- I crawled under the pickup and noticed one of these hoses has a crack in it. Think I'll try replacing this and I've ordered the gas cap (feels a little loose).
- Is there anything special I need to do to replace this hose or just pull of and replace? Any idea where to get the correct hoses? I would prefer the ones that come pre-formed vs cutting my own? Heads up, the P0440 was back next day after I reset them with my reader.

Any other ideas how to diagnose/what to try next?
Thanks in advance!!
