Hi all


I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 with the following issues. Some occur randomly (x), most are constant.


ABS and E brake is illuminated in the dash cluster

-round (illuminated) security light in the dash cluster comes on and buzzes *no security system on the truck

Cruise Control stopped working

Radio does not power up

Auto (remote) door locks stopped working unless the truck is running

Dome light does not come on

OBDII port does not work / does not power service meter

(x)Loss of DC power / power to engine while driving

(x)Hazard lights / switch intermittently work

(x)Windshield wipers will turn on by themselves

(x)Turn the key to start / crank nothing happens


As I am sure most can appreciate, I have done quite a bit of research and troubleshooting based off of those searches; fuses, battery, plugs, contacts, pins on mulex connectors, etc., Some people have had various levels of success in resolving any issue(s), I have not. What I believe I have narrowed my issues down to would be the PCM/ECM, I am a little apprehensive of throwing parts at something that I am not able to fully troubleshoot.
