How are you getting that it's a fog light code? o your fog lights work?

Is your truck a diesel? Asking because you posted in the diesel section.

Dodge dealer read it and printed out the code for my son (it's his truck and I'm just helping him out)..
Yes after the fact I realized that I was in the wrong forum. I have never been in a Forum of any kind before and don't know what the heck I'm doing. I couldn't figure out how to Post in what I would think is the correct Forum - Dodge Ram Truck.

Silly question, but couldn't you call the dealer service dept. and ask them? I've personally never heard of that code.

Good question. The Dealer just said they need to evaluate the Code further to figure out specifically what the problem is. They might (as usual) just be being deceptive to get the Service Dept additional revenue.

That code showed up with another code when his check engine light came on which turned out to be a defective sensor on the fuel pump. I was at the Dodge dealership Monday and the service lady said it had to do with with an issue for Rams that were built for other countries (she thought maybe Canada) and had nothing to do with my sons truck. Either I didn't understand her to well or she didn't explain it very well, I will go with the later. The mystery is and she didn't really have an answer for it why does a code show up for something (a part) that isn't on my son's (built in the U.S.) truck?
Thanks for the help.
