You have 3.92 gears, it's the only ratio available with the 20s. As far as I know the T-Case is split 40/60 Front/Rear, and then adjusts torque as needed. If you're able to do 70 mph then you don't need 4wd, plain and simple, and if you do need 4wd then you shouldn't be doing 70 mph.
