Default Instrument cluster not working

Hey guys, new to this group. I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 single cab. I have a problem that I can’t seem to find.

I go and get into my truck after work one night and start driving. I realize The instrument cluster isn’t working. The headlight switch isn’t working either. When it’s in the off position the headlights stay on. (Usually they turn off). But now it’s only when the truck is turned off. The windshield wipers, turn signals, interior lights, dome light, cargo light, and the chime went the truck first starts up. There’s none of it. Took it to a dealer. They are going through it. Checking every wire. Want to see if I’m able to fix it. What are your guys ideas?
