I have a 2008 Ram 1500 that has 3 times this week gone into limp mode. I had my alternator replaced 3 weeks ago and when it went into limp mode the truck really struggled to start. Once it started it would go into 2ed gear and max out at 20 km. Once I shut the engine off and restart it and it would run fine. I am waiting for it to happen again so I can hook my scanner up because my EGR valve has had my light on for 4 months at least now
