Default Whining Noise

I have a 04 Rumble Bee 4x4 5.7 HDMI.
My problem is a whining noise as thoigh I have large aggressive tires. I rotated the tires, lowered tire pressure., checked wheel bearing which are fine, and whining noise still there. The only thing I found was that I need ball Joints on driver side. Can't pin point location were the noise is, I have dual flowmaster 10's installed. I also checked fluid level in front and back differenials. I'd appreciate it if someone can give me there thoughts on this.

Pretty tough to diagnose from what info you have provided.
whining noises sometimes originate from differential. Does the whine change with throttle position ? Accelerate vs decelerate ?
