Default Truck cranks, but will not run.

Hello, I have a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 TRX4 5.7 HEMI.

I was about to leave my girlfriend's last night and my truck would crank, but would not start running. I connected my tuner to it and it came up with "Fuel Pump Circuit 2 Open." I assumed it was a fuse or relay, and check all the ones in my fuse box. All of them seemed to be in good condition. Does anyone have any tips?
Thank you!

Can you hear the fuel pump run when you turn the key to the accessory position? If you do, then the pump is probably providing fuel pressure.
Sounds like a crankshaft position sensor to me.
