2004 ram 1500 misfire on cylinder 7

My check engine light is on and code is P307 and P300. I pulled out the spark plug in cylinder 7 and I found there is some coolant sticking on it and so the spark plug core is. I think of changing the intake manifold gasket but I haven't found out the specific steps how to do it. Can anyone please show me where I can find some post relate to it?
