I have a 07 2500 HD 4x4 and the battery went low needing to be charged. Ever since then the torque converter will not lock up. With a scan tool it is saying full EMCC and also when I press the break the command doesn't change from full EMCC. It worked great before the battery issue. I've cleaned the battery connections, checked the connections at the trans and the TIPM could this be a bad TIPM or the solenoid pack? Any help would be greatly appreciated
