Engine swap need help

Hi! I have a 2005 ram 1500 with a blown motor 5.7 Ltr v8 hemi in it. My friend has a 2003 ram 2500 with a 5.7 Ltr v8, can I swap the engines with minimal changes and will it fit?? Thankyou!

I believe so. I don't think their were any major changes until after 2008 to the 5.7 liter Hemi.
