Default lightening bolt lights when trying to start...

2004 5.7L Laramie 1500, 150k

Over the last month have noticed that the idle would be fast when first starting and some times would crank and not start......now just cranks almost like there is no fuel and will not start and get the red lightning bolt in the right corner of the dash that is solid nit flashing and was not present before

Checked Dodge manual the to see what the lightening bolt is and says ETC is bad?

Watched several YT videos most showing the same issue and they either have cleaned or replaced the ETC....one even turned out that the gas gauge and center miles computer were wrong and they just had to add gas after cleaning and changing the plugs?

I also have noticed the the breather tube coming off the oil fill always has condensation and then where is meets the air tube its plugged with white lithium looking grease...assuming its motor oil with water.

Throttle body has some motor oil on it but is not bad....MAS looks dirty....

Pulling the bed might be easier than dropping the tank if you have the equipment and or help to do so.
