Trucks over heating and i need help diagnosing why because im in a tight spot

No, you can't do that. You cannot run without a thermostat. The way the system works, the way the passages are, without a thermostat not all of the flow is directed to the radiator. Basically it leaves an open chamber in the circuit allowing coolant to go wherever it wants, taking the path of least resistance. The engine will overheat. It MUST have a functioning thermostat in place.

Check the thermostat and replace it if suspect or found failed. Do not run without one.
