Default Need to Do a Full Service

Please help.
I've had this truck for a little over a year. Not quite sure if the previous owner stuck to the recommended maintenance schedule. So I'm looking to do a full service. But I'm not 100% sure of all the fluids, filters and capacities for my truck. I hope you guys can help me fill in the blanks. This is what I have so far.

This is my vehicle
2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Daytona
5.7 Hemi
5 Speed 5-45RFE
4wd - Not sure which transfer case I have. maybe NV241, Build sheet says DHE.
Front Axle - Not sure Build sheet says DJM - 205mm HD
Rear Axle - Not sure Build Sheet says DRB - Corporate 9.25 LD

Engine Oil - 5W-20 - Capacity 7 quarts
Engine Oil Filter - Mopar 5281090AB
Air Filter - Mopar 53032404AB
Fuel Filter - Mopar ??? I believe this is in the tank with the pump. not sure I'll mess with that if that's the case.
Transmission Filters plus Gasket - Mopar ???
Transmission Fluid - ATF+4 Capacity - ??? quarts
Transfer Case Fluid - ATF+4 Capacity - ??? quarts
Front Differential Fluid - 75W-90 - Capacity - ??? quarts
Rear Differential Fluid - Synthetic 75W-140 - ??? quarts
Limited Slip Additive - Needed??? Capacity - 4oz
PCV Valve - Mopar ???

Am I missing anything? The transmission, transfer case and axles is where I need help.
Thanks in Advance

Whats the mileage? Do you have an owners manual? It will list maintenance intervals as well as capacities an fluid requirements.
