EGR cylinder head on Non-EGR engine

I have to get cylinder heads for an 04 4.7 and i found some refurbished heads for a really good price but they are EGR heads. The engine i have does not have an EGR. Could I use these heads and just put on a block off plate or do i have to get non-EGR heads
