Default Mopar/Borla Exhaust Questions

I'm looking at putting a catback system on my 5.7 Reg Cab Ram. I was thinking Gibson, but then I saw my dealer is selling the Mopar/Borla system for $458 out the door. Does anyone have any pics of this system installed? What dia. is the exhaust tip? I don't like the HUGE 4" Borla sells. How loud is it?? I want performance, but NOT noise!

Thanks in advance!

I've got the stock Borla on my '05 QC Daytona and I love it. It's really quite quiet at idle and cruise but sounds good too when you get on it a bit. It can be a bit 'droney' on a long incline but I can live with that. I don't have it here to measure but I'd guess each tip is about 4" diameter? They look good especially sticking out of that valance they put on the Daytona.

I'm looking to eventually get the Mopar/Borla exhaust for the 5.7L, as the single side exhaust behind the right wheel. I have a Quad Cab, and searching on the Borla site, this is what I find:

Quad cab, single side exhaust, behind the wheel:
http://www.borla.com/applications/lo...System/140060/

Quad cab, dual side exhaust, behind the wheel:
http://www.borla.com/applications/lo...System/140068/

According to the "How to install" guide for the single side exhaust, they use 3" clamps for most of the piping, and the tip looks slightly larger than the piping... so I agree with Southernspeed, it looks like a 4" tip.

Not to put negative light on this exhaust system, but see my post on drone with this exhaust system.
