I hate these connectors dodge used for the doors to the cab. My goal was to de-pin part of a harness I grabbed from the junkyard and add it to my existing harness. So I figured out I needed to pull out the lock plastic piece that retains all the pins, and then go after the other lock for the pins (wires). The lock plastic broke in one section, so I just worked the section that was removed successfully. But I still had a bunch of trouble getting the pins released. I have Lisle's set of pin removers, but it really didn't help much.... and I tried from the pin side and wire side.

Anyone have success with this? Is there a special tool I need to get? I got two of the larger ones out, but I really wanted the smaller ones - I'd not have to splice if I can get the smaller ones.
