I've got actuator problems.... No defrost, doesn't heat, AC comes out luke-warm, one of the damper doors is flapping when the blower is on high....


Can anyone post a diagram of a 2002 1500 (single zone) heater box showing the actuators and their locations?

super common problem... use search to find them. here is a popular site for replacements, although I've bought Dorman doors in the past.

Do I need the doors? I assumed it was an actuator problem...

 

Generally what happens is the door shaft is broken. Scroll down on that link I gave you, there is a plethora amount of info on that page including videos - but it doesn't look more than a place to buy a door at the top of the page.
