Default Oil leak above oil filter housing

I've had this awful oil leak somewhere above my oil filter housing., it doesn't seem to be the valve cover gasket letting any through, and I've replaced the turbo oil line o-rings. It almost looks like it is coming from the bolts that hold the filter housing on.

I'm looking for some advice as to what it could be.

If it is the bolts, is there any chance I can just pull a bolt at a time and put some ultra black on them at a cool temp and let them seal up that way?

Thanks in advance!
