Security Light Issue

Have had this problem since replacing both batteries a month ago in my 05 ram 2500 5.9 cummins. Truck runs fine but no radio (aftermarket) and when I shut truck off red security light flickers and makes a buzzing noise from under dash. Truck will always start right up and runs fine. Any Ideas?
