Default No bus

So I was driving today in my 2003 ram 1500 (regular cab v6), and all of a sudden my check engine light, my abs light, and my brake lights came on. My gas gauge went to empty so that light when on, my speedometer wouldn't work, and neither would any of the other meters. My ac stopped blowing cool air, and my gear shift lost the little square to tell me which gear I was in. The dreaded no bus also came on. I pulled over, and stopped, turned the car off then on again and it still did the same thing. After maybe five minutes the guages started working and everything went back to normal except that the check engine light, the abs and the brake lights are still on. I saw some videos say to replace the pcm, about to get the codes, but nothing I've seen have had the same symptoms, any ideas? Thank you

I just went to go run the codes, the scanner says that it isn't compatible with my truck, only the check engine light is still on.
