On my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 the darn front speed sensors keep ripping or rubbing raw. Not sure how to run them to get them to stop rubbing. It looks like they are rubbing against the dust shield. Maybe I am running it the wrong way but have had the problem since I bought the truck about a year ago. Any help is appreciated Thank You!
I did happen to see where this side was ran and obviously it's wrong but a "mechanic" said to run it thus way and I didn't catch until I took the wheel back off and it was too late by then... but I have ran it through the slot on the dust shield and it still cut it on the right side but not the left. But I think I might have found my mistake I'll have to go get a new abs/wheel speed sensor and see if I have fixed it. But yes I see the problem with this one being cut completely in half just the picture I posted on the thread was rubbing on the dust shield I guess. I don't think the person that did the right side (before I had the truck) attached it to the brake hose properly, so that's probably why I had this issue before. I and the "mechanic" end ed up replacing the right hub. Pretty sure he is wrong on this one lol
