Torque Specs Please!
Got my KORE suspension kit and Toyo Open Country M/T's from the UPS man this week.
Going to tackle the install myself during my vacation next week, and need some factory torque specs that I don't have - I'm hoping one of you gearheads has a service manual with good specs in it. Truck is an '06 3500 diesel. I need the following:
- Front swaybar endlink nuts
- Tie rod ends
- Lower front shock bolts
- Control arm mounting bolts
- Track-bar bolts
Thanks in advance for any help on this! I'll post some before and after pics as soon as I get it all assembled - should be a good-lookin (and wheelin) machine.

Speaking of torque specs, I was checking my lug nuts before a trip I took and was going to torque them to 100 ft/lbs just like all the other vehicles I've owned and decided to check the manual, courtesy of hemitruckclub.com, and it said to torque the wheels to 135 ft/lbs.
I have the 20" wheels and certainly don't want to strip any bolts or ruin my aluminum wheels. Now I understand this is a truck and I plan on towing with it, but WOW! I never would have thought. I even called the service dept and one guy said to torque them to 95 ft/lbs. That just didn't seem very snug to me so I torqued them to 110 ft/lbs.
Does anybody else torque their wheels to 135 ft/lbs?

Those manuals have been up in a while. When I new spec comes out it goes to the techs that put the page in the actual hardcopy. Hasn't been updated on that site and probably won't be anytime soon.
Supposedly they were having problems with wheels/rotors becoming warped because of the high torque spec so they lowered it.
