94 has worked great and they still look great.. 94a is just about solid.. very little give.. 60 was to squishy when I set that heavy iron block and heads on them.. i haven't tried 80.. the 94a is just about as solid as welding your own to the frame.. the cab has its own rubber mounts so you'll never no the difference... i couldn't... use 94

Default Motor Mount 606 and 607

several sites have grouped 52020602AD and 52020603AD as apparently being alike 606 and 607...i was not able to find a definitive confirmation on them actually working.. post here if you do...

James

Why did you use 94A material and not 60A? Also are you getting any bad vibration with the 94A material. Thanks for your help

60a is to soft and will deform under the weight of the iron block alone.. imagine after a year of use and heat.. they would get worse...probably meant for light aluminum engines.. you won't be happy with it.. the cab has its own independent suspension.. its separated from the frame by rubber cushions.. all I can tell you is 60a is not a good choice for a truck with a 360 in it...

James how did you center the bolt mount and get to stay so it would not move. Does it need to extend equally out both sides of the mount?

Default 2003 5.9l Motor Mount Solution

I took the old ones out, removed the rubber insert and that aluminum thing. I found this thread and new I had to come up with a solution on my own. I pulled out the grinder and exposed the metal on both sides of the mount, then went to HomeDepot and got a 3/16” x 2” x 4’ steel bar. I cut the steel to fit on both sides of the mount and welded it to the mount. Then drilled a 1/2” hole in the center of the steel on both sides for the bolt. It wasn’t wide enough so I went to Orielys to get spacers, I needed 3 on each side to fit snug, tack weld those in place. Let it cool then paint and install it. Bam solid mounts in the work truck.
