Heater blows out cold air

Default Heater blows out cold air
I have a Dodge ram 1500 with a 4.7, heater not working, it only blows out cold air. I put in a new thermostat and back flushed the heater core. Any idea would be appreciated, thanks in advance

Are BOTH heater hoses getting hot when running? If they are you most likely have a broken door in the hvac box.

x2 could be a blend door ,,hvac box.
