Recline doesn't work

Electrical functions on seat work properly. But the problem is I'm unable to recline/recline lever won't move. I saw a YouTube video where you can move some pins under the seat but I was unable to locate those and that guy didn't have power seats so I don't think my seat has the same solution.

Has anyone else experienced this with their 3rd gen ram 1500?

Any tips?
