2008 Ram 1500 transmission

I have a 2008 ram 1500 4x4. It will not shift into 4th or OD. When I put it in drive it starts out like in 2 or 3rd gear. When I restart the truck and put it in drive then it drives normal. After driving it a few miles it drops back down to 3rd and wont shift into OD. CEL is on. The code it throws is p0750. What is the problem? Any thoughts?
