I went to auto zone to purchase a hitch so I can tow my boat with my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 2wd and they could not tell me exactly which one to get. My Dodge Ram has the factory bumper hitch but can anyone supply me with a link or part number to purchase a 2 inch reciever hitch for my truck so I don't have to use the factory bumper hitch.. I attached some pics of what came from the factory on the truck.
You aren't from the rust belt ! I'd go to the jyard and pick a factory one up cheap, grab all the bolts and paint it with some rustoleum. Or if you have the cash, go to UHaul - they'll sell you what you need and install it as well.
BTW those shocks look original, see if there is a pentastar stamp in the lower end of the bottom cylinder... I pulled an original set off mine a few days ago. What a difference in ride with the new ones.
