Default HELP? 2007 Dodge Ram 1500

I recently had my turn signal on the left side start blinking fast and so I decided I’d replace both sides, front and rear with the Sylvania LED’s instead of the OEM replacement. And now both sides blink fast. I’ve heard some talk about needing resistors? Not sure how to even come about finding out the specific ones I need or where to find. So I ask for y’all’s help please.

Yep. LED's have much lower resistance than incandescent. You will need and LED flasher or install resisters. The flasher is the recommended method. The resisters get hot, I mean really hot and must be mounted to a metal surface to dissipate the heat, otherwise, you can burn your truck down. Lots of videos on you tube.

Yup I sure as heck don't trust resisters.

This is the load resistor kit.

It appears the flasher is integrated and not separate or replaceable, so the resistors are your only option. Be sure to follow the installation instructions exactly.
