my 05 3500 5.9 non dually doesnt like to come out of first into second. i think it might actually completely skip second and go straight to third. its been happening for a few years, but just started getting noticeably worse. is it cheaper to get a transmission rebuilt or get a new/rebuilt one? and would it be a lot more to switch from automatic to manual?
