I have a 2004 dodge 2500 5.9 Cummins. I have a ground wire that has come loose from somewhere. I have all brand new battery cables installed on the truck . The ground wire that is loose is connected at the frame behind the driver side front wheel and I have no idea where it goes. If anyone could help me that would be awesome. If so, does the battery negative need to be grounded to the frame ? Thanks
