Default 2004 dodge ram 2500 5.7

tail end of total restoration, engine rebuilt with new comp cam, 112-700-11, hasnt been tuned yet, wont idle, new ETCM, PCM, IPM, all new wiring. drove it around the block a few times while troubleshooting, died coming into the driveway now it cranks but wont start, fuel mod is operating. it did this once before, friend got it working, no idea what he did. its currently scheduled to go to the tuners but will have to cancel if i cant get it started. someone mentioned the skim mod has it locked out. new codes - skim not programmed to pcm, cam sensor no sig, crank sensor no sig. a few others but nothing to do with runability. any help would really be appreciated. bought this truck new but ready to use it for target practice. I just got a snap on modis but its only adding to the frustration levels, not the best time to learn how to use it. thanks in advance.

1. This cam was probably not the best idea for an uber heavy 2500 with most likely only 3.73 gears
2. You put THIS cam in without even a startup tune and thought you were gonna be able to drive it anywhere? Bwahahahahahaha!!! You would've had issues getting a 260 to cooperate without some kind of tune. Needs at least a startup tune better macthed to the cam.
3. If you put a new PCM in and didn't match it to SKIM then all you have done is lock the PCM lol.
4. Honest question, did you (or whomever) did all this work have any clue as to what you were actually doing in terms of how things have to work together and what happens and needs to be done when things are changed?
