Default 03 2500 5.7 multiple electrical issues

Pretty sure its the SLT, has every option available

I just read through 100 posts after searching and couldn't find an answer, I have the following issues.

wipers turn on when truck starts for about 4 trips
passenger side window doesn't work from seat
moonroof (should be auto) sometimes you have to hold the button down the whole time
brake lights flicker randomly
trailer lights don't work
heated mirrors don't work
electric throttle light will flash and engine surge, if i don't smash the skinny pedal quick enough it loses all throttle ability (even at full speed on the highway)
abs and ebrake lights go on and off
pretty sure the brakes apply themselves randomly

just tossed a rebuilt TIPM with FCM in last night and still the same issues
replaced brake light switch after getting stuck in park at a gas pump
replaced multi function switch

tried hard resetting my old TIPM and as soon as the negative lead was attached to the battery the wipers started up but all the other issues went away for about a week and came back.
Mechanic at work hooked his scanner (that is worth more that the truck) and said all the faults are coming back to the BCM, All I can find says that's the same as the FCM which would be weird that a random one I got from across the country would have the same issues.

what am I missing?

Did you really clean those clam shell connectors that snap into the bottom of the tipm?

Checked them all for corrosion and greased before installing
