I have a 2008 ram 1500 5.7 Hemi When i start my truck the key stays in the start position and i have to help it back to the Run position, it's like the spring is wore out or something. Don't know if it's the key cylinder or key switch ?

 

The ignition switch might be worn out. It's very common on these trucks.
