Cool No lower Brake lights

I have a 2005 dodge ram 1500 4.7. I do have running lights and blinkers and flashers. My cab brake light works as well. I have taken the tipm apart and could not see any corrosion in the trace lines. I have replaced the brake switch under the dash. I have changed the park lamp relay to no avail. I have found that fuses 32, 33, 34 related to the brake lights are showing no power. All fuses are showing good. As i said, i swapped the park lamp relay so i assume the relay is good as well. Im about out of options on what to test next. If anyone has any info on testing relay connections or resistance tests. I appreciate any help you can offer.

Make sure you check as many as possible, not just the ones related to the TPIM.
