Hello,
I have a 2006 Dodge Cummins, About 2 months ago I noticed my windshield washer fluid was not spraying but I can hear the pump. I tinked with it for a while with no success so I decided to buy a new pump in case the old one was plugged. I put the new one in and same thing. I can hear the pump but does not spray. Any advice?

Pull off the lines at the nozzles and see if fluid is pumping. Sometimes the nozzles or lines can clog up. Make sure the lines are all properly connected.

 

If you ever removed air box washer fluid line may have been pinched after re install of air box.

Been there , issue is more pronounced in the colder weather .

I was getting a slow feed out of mine.
mine is a 04 hemi ,

Check Line from pump to under hood connections.
