Default Towing capacity

Looking at buying a 5th wheel trying to figure out my towing capacity.

2007 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD Quad Cab 140.5" SLT

Are you wanting to know the factory tow rating, legal capacity or what it can safely handle? Those are 3 different things.
