2008 Dodge Ram motor swap
I have a 2008 Dodge Ram with the 3.7 V6... I have the option to buy a spare truck with the 3.7 V6 but it's a 2002 Dodge Ram! I'm curious will the engine just drop in and work? If not, can I swap computer, wiring harness to my truck if needed or no?

No it will not, there are several differences between the two, the most important one being the crank tone wheel. Wiring is not interchangeable either, 02-05 third gens are PCI bus but 06-08's are CAN bus. If you want total interchangeability you need to find an 06-08.
