No there is not an aftermarket EGR tube for what you ask.
Your options here are:
1. Live with it - this is free
2. Delete EGR altogether. This will require a block off plate for the cylinder head, block off plug for your intake manifold and a custom tune to shut it off in the PCM so the MIL doesn't illuminate and give you driveability issues - probably about $50-100 in parts and anywhere from $150-500 (depending on whether you have a tuner already or not)
3. Convert to 2006+ coil packs and valve covers. This will get rid of the tube laying through the loops and will instead lay across the coil packs like it does on 2006-2008's - $120 for the coil pack adapters, anywhere from $100 to $450 for coils and covers depending on where you find them
