Default 2004 1500 Oil Consumption 4.7L

Does anyone know if the 4.7L has the same issue as the 5.9 when it comes to plenum issues and oil consumption? My 2004 has to have about 1-2 quarts every month. She doesn't smoke during running and driving and she doesn't smoke on start up. There's no leak underneath, there's no oil on the underside "oil pan" and nothing on tranny. I am not sure where it is going... Any ideas would be helpful,

Thanks

After replacing valve stem seals and valve cover seals, I had no discernible oil loss. Didn’t top off even once during my 7.5K OCI. I also cleaned out my tailpipe with brake clean many months ago and it didn’t turn back black. Stick your finger in the tailpipe and see if the soot feels oily. You could have bad valve stem seals with the CAT scrubbing it so little to no smoke.
