03+ HD rams don't use Dana Axles the front is a AAM 9.25 and the rear is a AAM 10.5 for a gas 2500 or a 11.5 for diesels and 3500s. You could find a pair of power wagon axles that came with 4.56 gears and lockers and bolt them right in.
