I'm currently rebuilding a 2008 dodge ram 1500 4.7 the connecting rod bolts are TTY and need to be replaced but they are discontinued everywhere I look. went to the dealer and was given a part number of 6508811AA and was told to look online good luck. I've contacted ARP and they do not list a replacement. I've contacted mopar parts direct and they told me to look in a junkyard for a one time use bolt. what a joke!!! I have looked for a week now and cant find anything even showing a replacement bolt to take place of the old one PLEASE!!!! someone help I cannot believe that with all of the 4.7s out there someone hasn't ran into this issue I have every part needed to do a complete rebuild sitting in my living room making my wife mad and these 16 bolts are all that I need!

 

Using the part number provided directly I did find that this part is discontinued from the manufacturer. I did however find this which looks to be a newer version of same part.

Edit: this part is listed as fitting the 08 4.7 in the fitment chart.
