I'm having a problem with led lights flickering on 2008 dodge ram 2500. Do I need a decoder? And does my truck have a canbus?

I had the same issue with my 2007 1500.
These from Amazon;
XtremeVision LED Anti Flicker Capacitors - Error Code Canceller Capacitor (1 Pair) - H13 / 9008 XtremeVision LED Anti Flicker Capacitors - Error Code Canceller Capacitor (1 Pair) - H13 / 9008

$14.00 back in 2017. Never had any issues since
