Default Condenser not getting power

2006 Dodge Ram 3500, condenser fan is not getting power. When tested with the battery it will come on. The connector does have ground, just no power

on a POSSIBLY unrelated note, I am also having an o2 sensor issue. Code p0052, bank2 sensor1 heater circuit high. we found this sensor spliced to the harness with no connector, so we spliced a new one but the code remains after being cleared with an obd2 scanner.

do these 2 problems correlate with each other? Or 2 random different problems? Anyone had a similar issue?

Probably a relay. I believe you have 4 a/c relays.
Start the truck with the a/c off. After the engine is running, turn the a/c on full cold. Do you hear a click from the relay? If not, it's the relay.
If you do hear a click, it's likely a component (compressor, clutch) or refrigerant leak. The a/c won't come on if refrigerant line pressure is very low.
